1998

Our story begins here
Caper Travel started its journey from a tiny terrace room in Delhi.

2000-02

Started our first account in the UK. Expanded our business footprint into Russia and the CIS.

2004

Launched operations in Eastern Europe.

2005

Launched Goa Charter services, a milestone highlighting our commitment to excellence in the travel industry.

2008-10

Won our first national tourism award, followed by four more awards in the subsequent five years. Also achieved substantial business growth and expansion in Goa.

2011-12

Added Spain and Latin America to our market portfolios. Also ventured into online inbound B2C and domestic B2B business, alongside the in-house development of Travel Software, developed ERP.

2013

Received National Award for Best Tour Operator. Concurrently, we started a new division to expand into Japan and Europe.

2014

Diversified our services by venturing into hotel representation and management. Additionally, we expanded our operations to include ground handling for Tourist Charter Flights. Also received the National Tourism Award for Best Tour Operator.

2015-16

Successfully entered the Australian market and continued our strategic expansion into the Asian market. Added Singapore, Taiwan, Philippines, Thailand, Mongolia, and Malaysia to our portfolio.

2017-18

Achieved a prestigious milestone by becoming the third largest inbound travel company in India. Received the National Tourism Award for top inbound tour company by the Ministry of Tourism, India.

2019

Marked a pivotal moment by acquiring a leading inbound travel company. Additionally, we established a strategic partnership with IRCTC, providing ground services for the Maharaja Express luxury train.

2020

Amid the challenges of the COVID- 19 pandemic, we directed our primary efforts towards ensuring the well-being of our people. Also, we prioritised enhancing our destination knowledge and technology capabilities to navigate in the future.

2021-22

With the resurgence of tourism, we strategically launched outbound operations to Sri Lanka, Egypt, Maldives, and Dubai.

2023-24

Towards a bright tomorrow
Committed to expansion, we focus on retaining market share and reinforcing our pole position through proactive initiatives.
